Amerifindit.com is provided for your use subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and which you agree to be bound by through your use of Amerifindit.com. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use Amerifindit.com.

Your use of Amerifindit.com
Amerifindit.com is provided only for your personal use.

You may not make any commercial use of Amerifindit.com.

You may not use Amerifindit.com to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales.

You may not send automated queries to Amerifindit.com without Amerifindit's prior agreement.

If you wish to make commercial use of Amerifindit.com, take the results from an Amerifindit.com search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Amerifindit.com home page or results pages on your Web site, or send automated queries to Amerifindit.com you must first enter into a commercial agreement with Amerifindit or sign up for a relevant Developers Program, otherwise you may not do so.

Amerifindit.com Developers Programs
Where Amerifindit provides elements of Amerifindit.com as part of a Developers Program such services shall be subject to any terms and conditions set out on the registration pages and / or information pages relating to the relevant Developers Program, in addition to being subject to these Terms of Use.

In addition, access to Developers Programs shall be at Amerifindit's sole discretion and accordingly access to Developers Programs may be withdrawn by Amerifindit at any time and without notice or liability. In particular, but without limitation, access may be withdrawn if Your use is excessive or interferes with others' use or enjoyment of any Developers Program. Such withdrawal of access may be necessary, because for example, Developers Programs by their nature will have limited capacity.

You may not make use of Developers Programs for any commercial purpose.

Amerifindit.com Search Results
The search results that appear on Amerifindit.com are generated by Amerifindit's automated processes, and Amerifindit cannot and does not screen the search results before they are included in the indexes from which search results are gathered.

Similarly Amerifindit has no control over the third parties who create the pages and sites displayed as search results on Amerifindit.com.

Some searches using Amerifindit.com may produce results and links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. Amerifindit cannot guarantee that a search on Amerifindit.com will not locate unintended or objectionable content and Amerifindit assumes no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by Amerifindit.com.

Amerifindit.com contains an offensive content filter that you may switch "on" or "off". This filter attempts to screen out content to which some people may object. We do not remove such content from our indexes but attempt to tag it such that when the filter is switched on it is screened out.

Minor Access Clause
Parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. Intellectual Property
Amerifindit's policy is to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to intellectual property rights both in Norway and elsewhere.

It is also Amerifindit's policy to comply with the requirements set out in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (in case this US federal statute should be deemed applicable to our operations) and, in this regard, respond to proper notices of alleged infringement in an appropriate manner under such Act and other intellectual property laws that may be applicable, including the removal or disabling of access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity. Disclaimer of Warranties
You accept that Amerifindit provides Amerifindit.com "as is" with all faults and without any warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Amerifindit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement of third party and proprietary rights.

Amerifindit makes no warranties or representations in relation to (i) results that may be obtained from using Amerifindit.com, (ii) any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through Amerifindit.com or any advertisements on Amerifindit.com

You download or otherwise obtain any material through the use of Amerifindit.com at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer system or loss of data that may result.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Amerifindit be liable to you for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages (including lost profits) of the other, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages under or in connection with these terms of use or resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use Amerifindit.com; (ii) any information, goods or services obtained through search results or advertisements on Amerifindit.com; (iii) any third parties material or content accessed as a result of using Amerifindit.com; or (iv) any other matter relating to Amerifindit.com.

No action, regardless of form, arising out of the use of Amerifindit.com or under these Terms of Use may be brought by you more than one year after the event which gave rise to the cause of action occurred.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Amerifindit be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

Requests for Removal of Links
Amerifindit is sometimes requested to remove links from its index.

Such requests are dealt with on a case by case basis but some general principles apply:

As the name Amerifindit.com says Amerifindit's goal is to index all information found on web pages. Amerifindit uses web crawlers, that is, a program that visits web sites, to gather information from which Amerifindit creates entries for the Amerifindit.com index.

It is impossible for search engines to screen the millions of Internet postings for possible problems.

It is impossible to manually edit this index unless Amerifindit knows specific URLs to remove.

Even if Amerifindit is able to remove links, the web crawler will find the information again during future crawling activities unless the crawler is blocked from doing so.

Amerifindit web crawlers support the Robots Exclusion Protocol and the Robots META tag which, when inserted into a web site, will block the crawler from visiting the web site and gathering information. Further information is available in the Amerifindit.com FAQs including blocking the crawler.

Based on the principles stated above, Amerifindit is not able to either carry out or warrant the complete and perpetual removal of links from its index.

Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Norway, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Amerifindit.

The material and information provided on Amerifindit.com are not an offer of securities for sale or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. The material and information must not be relied upon in connection with any investment decision.

Changes In Amerifindit.com Terms of Use and Services
The Amerifindit.com services may be modified or terminated from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, or any third party.

Amerifindit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without notice and your continued use of the Amerifindit.com services will constitute acceptance of any such modified Terms of Use. Accordingly you should review these Terms of Use on a regular basis.
